Dr. Omid Yahyazadeh is a licensed family physician practising in Ontario, with more than 20 years of medical practice experience. His background includes prior professional experience and training in psychiatry in Iran. He provides patient-centred mental health care within the scope of family medicine, supporting patients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep disorders, and related mental health challenges.

Dr. Yahyazadeh is a family physician licensed to practise in Ontario. He assesses and manages common mental health concerns within family medicine, using a respectful, evidence-informed, and patient-centred approach. His clinical background includes prior professional experience and training in psychiatry in Iran.
His role includes:
Assessing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and sleep difficulties
Reviewing symptoms, medical history, current medications, and treatment goals
Developing individualised care plans within the scope of family medicine
Providing medication management and follow-up when clinically appropriate
Referring and coordinating care with psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, or other services when needed
