What ages do you provide care for?

We offer comprehensive medical care for children from birth until they are 18 years old. We are happy to partner with you and your family through every stage of your child's growth, from newborn check-ups to adolescent health.

Are your doctors pediatricians?

Our pediatric care is provided by our experienced family doctors. Family doctors are specially trained to care for patients of all ages, including infants and children, which allows for excellent continuity of care for your entire family in one friendly and familiar clinic.

What is a "well-child check-up"?

A well-child check-up is a regular, preventative appointment to monitor your child's growth and development. During these visits, we track milestones, perform a physical exam, provide scheduled immunizations, and answer any questions you may have about your child's health, nutrition, or behavior.

Do you offer same-day appointments if my child is sick?

Yes. We understand that children get sick unexpectedly. We keep several appointments reserved each day for urgent, same-day bookings for our existing patients. Please call our clinic as early in the day as possible if your child is unwell.

What should I bring to my child's first visit?

For your first appointment, please bring your child's health card (or insurance details), their immunisation record, and a list of any known allergies or medications they are currently taking. It can also be helpful to bring a favorite toy or book to help your child feel more comfortable.

Do you follow the recommended immunization schedule?

Absolutely. We follow the publicly funded immunization schedule as recommended by provincial health authorities. We believe that immunizations are a safe and vital part of keeping your child and the wider community protected and healthy.
