Lida Jahanfar is a International Medical Graduate & Certified Medical Aesthetics Specialist with a background in physiotherapy and over eight years of experience in movement-based rehabilitation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counsellor and a Master’s in Clinical Counsellor from Iran.
With a deep understanding of human movement and rehabilitation science, Ed focuses on restoring mobility, improving strength, and enhancing overall function through personalized exercise programs tailored to each client’s needs.
